Productronica 2011 Highlights

Planar participated in Productronica 2011, the 19th international trade fair for innovative electronics production on November 15-18, 2011. The trade fair is held once every two years in Munich, Germany. With 1,234 exhibitors and 38,500 visitors this year, Productronica has proven to be the world’s leading trade fair for the global electronics production industry (see the final Productronica report at http://productronica.com/link/en/25745017).

Planar's stand attracted favorable attention of visitors and exhibitors. This year we introduced our new first in the world CABAN R54 Vector Reflectometer, which was of particular interest among the stand visitors, as well as such our products as OBZOR-804/1, OBZOR-304/1, and OBZOR TR1300/1 Vector Network Analyzers.

Planar, as one of the leading Russian companies in the field of electronic test and measurement equipment, aroused considerable interest from international press representatives. During the trade show we started a number of negotiations with prospective customers and distributors from all over the world and also took this excellent opportunity to meet our current customers who provided highly positive feedback to our products.
